So its that time of week again when we bring you the mid week chart musings. We let you know what will most likely be Number One on Sunday whilst also being a tad bitchy. Sorry thats just how it is. Kicking us off this week, we see the return of Scouting For Girls, and what a return they are having. The boys have knocked GaGa and Honey B from the top of the chart with new single ‘This Ain’t A Love Song’. To be honnest am not quite sure how they can call it new as it sounds like everything else they have put out over the years.
Anyway, Plan B is holding on at Number Two with ‘She Said’ meaning GaGa is stuck at Number Three with ‘Telephone’. Another act to drop on the chart is Tinie Tempah who has to settle with Fourth place, Lets hope he dont ‘Pass Out’ in shock…Yes i know bad joke.
The annoyance we know as Justin Bieber currently remains on the chart but at Number Five with single ‘Baby’. Number Six on the chart sees a new entry from Delirious? with ‘History Makers’ whilst Rhiannas ‘Rude Boy’ drops three places down to Number Seven. At Number Eight on the chart is INNA with ‘Hot’, whilst Number Nine is the reason we have Justin Bieber on the charts. Its Usher with ‘O.M.G’.
And finally. Cheryl Cole is at Number Ten on the charts with ‘Parachute’. Over on the album chart it looks like Lady GaGa and Boyzone have swapped places with Boyzone having to take second place to ‘The Fame’. At Number Three the Annoyance is still with his album ‘My World’.
The Cast of Glee have climbed one place up the chart to take Fourth with “Glee The Music Series One Volume 2″…god thats a gob full. Also climbing the chart is Paolo Nutini at Number Five, Florence and the Machine at Number Six, Mumford & Sons at Number Seven and the Glee cast again with the first album charting at Number Eight.
Number Nine sees a new entry from Madonna with her ‘Sticky and Sweet Tour Album’, Althought whats sweet about it we dont know. Finally on the album chart its Alicia Keys at Number Ten with ‘The Element Of Freedom’
Thats your lot for now.
