So you’ve got a date comming up but not sure what to do, or you and your other half have been going out for a while and getting bored of the cinemas? Well heres a list of the top 10 things to try out and will guarantee a second date or a little something somthing in return ; )

1) A romantic meal for two please! Yes i know very, very cliche, but it’s a cliche for a reason. A quiet meal gives you both a chance to talk, get to know each other, or for you lot in a relationship, time to talk about your feelings or anything thats happening in your life at the moment. Also, this gives you a chance to laugh at each others eating habbits or everyones around you…strange but true, and very, very funny!

2) Go Karting! Now this is very differnt from the above, but alot of fun! If its for a first date, down side is you dont really have time to talk and get to know each other very well, but you’ll both have a laugh and enjoy the day, which should really lead you into the second date zone, which is always good. Plus theres nothing stopping you’s from going for something to eat or a drink after is there?

3) Console Day! This is mainly for those who have been with each other for a bit, unless your OK with someone comming into your home you dont know very well…haha, but erm yeah, so this date basically involves you, your other half and a games console or two. For the day just chill and play against each other to bring out your fun side! I’d recomend the Wii or possibly the Xbox 360 for something like Guitar Hero or Halo (yes, i said the Xbox even though i hate it, but when your both playing a game you like its a lot of fun!). You could also invite some friends round if you get bored of each other, which isn’t a good sign, unless your introducing your girl/boyfriend to your mates, then its a good thing!

4) Paintballing! Looks painful and you need a group, but it’s enjoyable, exciting and a great way to have a big laugh with each other, and a great way to introduce your mates to each other!

5) Visit your local Zoo or Aquarium! This is unusual and an interesting date. This will give you both a chance to talk and walk whilst look at cute and funny animals, and lets be honest everyone loves animals, especially monkeys! You gotta love monkeys!! In my eyes this is the perfect date!

6) Get your ski’s on! Why not try somthing very different and try skiing or snowboarding with your date. This will give you both an amazing experience and great time with each other. Plus you don’t have to spend a fourtune on travel, just get to your local indoor ski slope!

7) Window Shopping! Now lets face it, shopping is a lot more fun with your friends than your other half, mainly because they just start moaning when you go back to the first shoe shop you went in to get the first pair of shoes you looked at! So window shopping seems more fun, you can both have a laugh at rediculas clothes, chose outfits for each other to try on etc. Fun, fun, fun!

8 ) Have a game of pool or three! Pool or snooker is fun to play, well its alot more interesting playing than watching, but seriously its fun and entertaining! If you both don’t know how to play it makes it all the better, and if you know but he/she doesn’t, well thats even better! It’s fun to be competitive, as long as you dont get to serious.

9) Mini golf! Again much better to play then watch, and you dont need to think about rules, just make them up! Mini golf isn’t a serious game either which makes it better and funnier for the two of you!

10) Beach it up! If you live close to a beach why not take a long, romantic walk along the beach front, eat a hot dog have a coke, maybe get on the local fair ground as well!
