So the Brits are finally here, and Flipstudents.com is bringing you the results as they happen. First up to open the show is U2 with there brand new song. We at Flip Towers quite like it. Lets hope there new albums just as good hey. The theme of this years Brits is apparently Glastonbury so maybe we can expect to see a mud fight, either that or its wishful thinking from me.

First award is given by a Mr Simon Pegg, he is presenting best British Female… Pop is one of his favourite “musics” apparently. Duffy gets it. Dam! Next up its Best International Female. Flip favourite Katy Perry gets Best International Female. YAY! Seems like shes a bit poorly though. Girls aloud have now taken to the stage and seem to have killed a few birds with there feather routine.

Alex James comes on stage to present Best British Breakthrough Act. He seems to think his award is a microphone. Oh and surprise surprise, Its Duffy that gets it. I hope thats the last award she gets. Next award is Best International Group, I was quite hoping that MGMT or Killers would get it but looks like Kings of Leon are the winners. We can live with that.

British Male Solo Artist is coming up next and is being presented by the 2 Jamie’s. Oliver and Cullum that is. Paul Weller gets the award but he’s not there. Role VT of Adele’s laughing at him in a pub. Looks like Duffy is on stage AGAIN! This time she’s not getting an award. Thank god for that. So far the only thing i seem to be enjoying about the Brits is the Ad Break. The current rumour going round is that Robbie might turn up to perform with Take That. I dont see that happening do you?

Looks like Joe Calzaghe is on stage next to present the Best International Album. Lets hope he smacks seven bells out of James Corden. Lets hope MGMT, Kings or Killers get it. Oh look Kings of Leon got it. Seen as there the only ones there, Its not really a surprise is it? 

“If it wasn’t for England, there wouldn’t be a Kings Of Leon” These bands now a days don’t half talk some shite. Prepare to cover your ears. Take that take to the air. No Robbie in sight. So them rumours are a lie. Now its time for the next award. Its Best Live Act presented by Nick Frost. Iron Maiden get the award…that was a surprise :O

Looks like Iron Maiden wont be back next year, They have just been destroyed. Hahaha Love It!  Dont love the Hoff being on stage though. Next award is Best British Group. Girls Aloud or Cold Play?. Nope its Elbow. Kings Of Leon Time take to the stage with Someone Like Me. An Epic Song.

Oh Dear, the Hoff is trying to be funny with Fern Cotton. He soooooooooooo is not funny. Like the Elbows come back though. “Coming for a drink David?”. Next up is what i have been waiting for all night. Its the TING TINGS :D oh and Estelle :(. Critics Choice award winner goes to Florence And the Machine. We have to say we quite like the song “The Dog Day’s Are Over”. On Comes Gok Wan to present Best International Male. The winner is Kanye West. Here comes the Barrack Joke.

Ting Tings take to the stage, Hmmm Katie White is sexy :D and here comes a Brit Collaboration. Its American Boy vs Shut up and Let Me Go. I wish Estelle would go and leave the Ting Tings to do what they do best. Alan Carr takes to the stage and seems to be missing his Grandad Flat cap. Who ever said gays had good dress sense has never met Mr Carr. Alan’s on to present the award for British Single. The winners are Girls Aloud with The Promise. That is there first Brit for 7 Years.

Tom Jones takes to the stage, and it seems he’s now gone grey. Is it me or is there a lot of Welsh people either winning or Presenting Brits Tonight? The Winners of  British Album goes to Duffy. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO does the UK not have any music taste? Its a FIX!!!

Lady GaGa and the Pet Shop Boys are up next. It is supposed to be Lady GaGa’s Sexiest performance to date so guys tune in to ITV1 NOW!!! Looks like Kyle has changed her outfit AGAIN!

KIllers front man comes on stage to Present, The Pet Shop Boys with Outstanding Contribution To Music. Lady GAGA isnt on stage yet but expect to see her soon. There banging out the Synth now. “Go West” seems to be the only song i can remember but it seems all there songs sound the bloody same anyway. Lady GaGa hits the stage. WTF is she wearing? Brandon Flowers from the Killers is back this time singing. Considering this is supposed to be GaGa’s sexist performance yet its quite disappointing. Can the Brits not do anything right any more?
